Nollywood actress, Chinedu Bernard, reportedly died after she slumped in a church.

She was said to have slumped whereas cleaning the Chapel of St. Leo the Great Catholic Church inside Federal Housing house in Enugu State and was confirmed lifeless by docs on the East Side hospital in Enugu.

The actress, who’s fondly often called ‘Choco’, featured in in fashion movement footage like: The Big Mama’s Stick, Money fever, The Mad, The Last Manhood, Mad Love, and so forth

As on the time of submitting this report, the rationale for her dying stays unknown.
