Arsenal set to complete a deal for 18-year-old Sporting Lisbon left-back valued at €45m
Arsenal wants to reinforce their squad before the transfer window become closed, so as to be able to win the English Premier tittle and qualify for the next Champions League.
Mikel Arteta has been able to add the likes of Willian and Gabriel Maghaels, who are both signed from Chelsea and Lille respectively to his squad, and are still reportedly in the market to include more players to the Gunners squad ahead of the next campaign.
The North London club are reportedly planning to complete a deal for 18-year-old Sporting Lisbon left-back during summer, according to a reports.
The 18 years old left-back has been superb for the Portuguese outfits, since he made the breakthrough into the senior teams, appearing nine times before the 2019/2020 Primeira Liga came to an end.
The Gunners who are seeking for an improvement in their squad, have reportedly identified the 18 years old as a potential transfer target, and are planning to complete a deal for the Sporting Lisbon young talent, during the summer transfer window, according to a Portuguese publication O Jogo.
The 18 years old Nuno Mendes is valued at around €45m by the Portuguese outfits, a fee the gunners must meet up with, in other to complete a deal for the 18 years old left-back, who still has deal with Sporting Lisbon till 2024.
Manchester United, Liverpool and AC Milan are among the group of teams, that have been credited with an interest to land the signature of the 18 years old Nuno Mendes.
