Alternatively about 200g of the whole herb along with 15 pieces of red dates and 12 slices of ginger are boiled in 1.5 liters of water and the decoction is taken orally in an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after food to achieve best results

Leaves of Tradescantia zebrina are crushed with a bit of water. The mixture is then strained and then honey and lemon juice are added. This tea should be drunk 3 times a day for the duration of the illness.

Tradescantia zebrina is a good remedy for a healthy prostate.
7 leaves of this special herb are dipped in 0.75 liters of water and boiled for about 3-5 minutes. The tea is then taken orally every other day to reduce prostate and improve urination.
Make a cup of zebrina tea using 3 fresh leaves. Drink 3 cups per day to treat diabetes. If making the tea is too bothersome, you can just eat one leaf 3 times per day.
5) Decoction of the whole plant is used to treat high blood pressure coughs and tuberculosis
6) Ground leaves are applied to reduce swellings and treat hemorrhoids
