According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, the victim identified as Janice David, a 34-year-old woman was beaten by a man “Earl Lee Johnson” during the Facebook livestream.
In a livestream video, it shows that Earl Lee Johnson had a dispute with his girlfriend Janice David regarding drugs that both seems to be selling. The video also shows Earl Lee Johnson beating her while she’s been tied with some sort of cloth and saying that she stole drugs from him.
