The complaint states that on 2 November 2021, a male classmate has come to Lounk’s apartment to play board games. Thereafter he sexually abused her. The next day, she told a school administrator about her ordeal. “I didn’t really expect him to kick him out, but I trusted him enough to make plans to keep him away from him and the other students,” Luke told NBC News.

She filed a sexual attack report with the Memphis Police Department the following day but was told a week later that there was poor evidence to warrant an arrest on 15 November, the school administration told her that the boy could not continue to attend the classes as the crops were not changing him, Louk Claimed that administrators also accused her of violating school rules against having premarital sex with another student, although she claimed not to do so. The accused classmate reportedly told school officials that she had sex with her ex-boyfriend that semester and claimed the ex confirmed the same thing.

The campus safety section of the school’s website states: “The Crime on Campus Reporting Program is conducted by the Tennessee General Assembly in accordance with the requirements of the College and University Safety Information Act (TCA 49-7-2201 et seq.), effective. 1 July 1989. The law requires every college to report data t the Tennessee Bureau of investigation on the crime committed on campus and in student housing.
