Emmy voting has closed, but for those who can’t get enough, many outfits from Emmy-nominated shows have taken over the Fashion Design and Marketing (FIDM) Museum in downtown Los Angeles.

The exhibit features costumes from more than 22 shows, 13 of which were Emmy nominees in three different award types: Period, Contemporary, and Fantasy/Sci-Fi. The series will run until November 5th.

Clothing on display includes the iconic red swimsuit from Hulu’s “Pam & Tommy,” the sumptuous gown from “Bridgerton,” and the outfit worn by Jean Smart in “Hacks.”

FIDM Fashion Design Chair Nick Verreos highlights some of his favorite outfits.Veleos told type“Of course, all the costumes are highlights, but the Emmy nominees are the real stars of the show.”

“These outfits in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel are from season four, when the collection transitioned into the 1960s. While it’s still a ’50s style overall, you’ll see elements of the ’60s start to creep in, like Big bucket hat worn by Midge’s mother.”

“Another one of my favorites is The Great. Of course, it’s Catherine the Great, the Russian monarch. It’s all about opulence. The costume designer says she wants to bring back sexiness, so it’s all about big boobs And sexy boy! We showed this gorgeous coronation gown, which was inspired by Russian folk costumes, but again, they wanted to make it a little sexier, so they showed her shoulders. It’s gorgeous and gold. It’s Catherine’s catwalk moment.”

“I love some contemporary clothes like ‘Hacks.’ Actress Jean Smart was wearing a Casablanca-brand printed suit and barely appeared on the show. Why? Since the brand’s name was so prominent on the tunic, they It had to be cleared legally first. The costume designer said she tried and tried contacting the brand – and in the end, they resolved it 2 days before the episode was filmed.”

“Last but not least – in terms of fantasy/sci-fi nominations – ‘Moon Knight’. We have the Mr Knight costume which is a white suit made of upholstery fabric and wire. God-inspired actual Moon Knight costume with 803 patterns. It was made in London but then had to be shipped to Budapest, Hungary, where they filmed the show.”
