Prachi gets in an accident in which a car hits her and she gets injured. Rhea took her to the hospital for treatment and the nurse asks for the relation of her with Prachi, she tells her sister. She fills out the form. She asks herself why she is saving her, she wants to kill her, and now if she can die why she is helping her. She thinks if she gets killed, her name can come out somehow, she thinks that Doctor has said that there are fewer chances of her surviving.

When she gets conscious she knows that nurse has gone to tell her sister about her pregnancy. Prachi asks Doctor to stop her she firstly, wants to tell her husband about her pregnancy. Pallavi asks Rhea if Prachi is fine or not. She pretends that doesn’t know about the Prachi’s accident. Ranbir meets the nurse and asks her what she is going to tell Rhea to tell him instead of her what’s the matter. She says that she comes to tell the good news. Prachi runs to stop the nurse from her ward.

She doesn’t want to tell about the accident to anyone until Prachi dies and gets away from their lives. She even doesn’t want to tell Ranbir and Kohli too as they will go to her for giving sympathy. The doctor comes and asks Rhea to give blood for Prachi, as she is in need of blood otherwise, she will die. Prachi says that her blood group doesn’t match her. She says please save her and not let anything to her. The doctor says that he can’t do anything until he gets blood for her. Rhea acts like she is worried about her but, deep inside she is happy that Prachi is dying soon.

Aaliya asks Rhea why Prachi didn’t come hospital she says maybe she got stuck, and Aaliya again asks her about Prachi she says, that she met an accident, and she is in ICU. Prachi gets conscious and Ranvir gets up to meet her, but she comes into his ward, Prachi tells him that Rhea Saves her life she brought her to the hospital and saves her life. Rhea doesn’t allow to talk to Ranbir with Prachi, Ranbir gets discharged, asks the doctor for Prachi ward, and wants to go and meet Prachi. The episode ends.
