Mahindra BE.05

The BE.05 coupe-SUV, whose production version is scheduled to debut in October 2025, will kick off the BE lineup. The BE.05 is classified as a Sports Electric Vehicle, or SEV, and features an aggressive front end with C-shaped headlamps and massive airdams. The remainder of the front design is comprised of numerous sharp cuts and folds, along with a conspicuous air vent on the hood.

From the side, the BE.05 features huge wheels and squared-off wheel arches, as well as an abundance of black for a tough appearance. It has flush door knobs installed at the very top of the door, leaving the distinctive shoulder line uninterrupted. As an SUV-coupe, it has a sloping roofline that smoothly transitions into the bulky rear end. The rear of the BE.05 is equipped with C-shaped taillights and a strongly designed bumper.

The BE.05’s interior is distinctly driver-oriented, with the centre console separating the driver and passenger compartments. The interior is highlighted by the huge dual touchscreens and the two-spoke steering wheel. It also has a huge gear selector and a gear lever with a rotary control.

Mahindra has disclosed the measurements of all its models, including the BE.05, which measures 4,370mm in length, 1,900mm in width, and 1,680mm in height. The wheelbase is 2,775 millimetres. The four-metre-plus SUV will likely sit above the XUV400 in Mahindra’s EV lineup and will compete with the 2024 production version of the Tata Curvv. BE sub-brand

Mahindra BE.07

In October 2026, Mahindra will release the production version of the BE.07 SUV. In contrast to the coupe-SUV silhouette of the BE.05, the BE.07 features a conventional SUV design. It retains the BE05’s C-shaped headlights and taillights, but they are less angular. The side profile of the BE.07 is less aggressive than that of the BE.05, but aspects such as the massive wheel arches and flush door handles remain the same.

The BE.07 showcases a technologically advanced and functional cabin with a dashboard-length display. In addition, the BE.07 features a huge panoramic sunroof. Mahindra appears to have eliminated all physical controls from the BE.07 in favour of touch and haptic feedback. It is slightly larger than the BE.05. It measures 4,565mm in length, 1,900mm in width, and 1,660mm in height. However, the wheelbase remains the same at 2,775 mm. It will be positioned between the present Hyundai Creta and the Mahindra XUV700 due to its midsize SUV dimensions.

Mahindra BE.09

The BE.09 is the final model in Mahindra’s BE lineup, and it is a coupe-SUV like the BE.05. Mahindra has yet to divulge the BE.09 concept’s dimensions or expected release date. The BE.09 appears to be the coupe version of the BE.07 and will therefore occupy the top spot in the BE lineup. Comparable to the BE.07, it has a more upright front appearance and a more pronounced coupe-like roofline than the BE.05. According to Mahindra, the BE.09 will have four seats.
