Megan Sekulski Death, Obituary – Megan Maureen (Anderson) Sekulski lost her multi-year battle with cancer on October 3, 2022. Megan spent her earliest years in Wilton, Iowa, and at the age of 10 moved with her family to Sylvania, Ohio. Megan graduated from Northview High School in 2003. She earned her BS in Health Care Administration from Mercy College and a Master’s in Nursing from the University of Toledo.
Megan worked in many nursing roles throughout Northwest Ohio, most recently as an RN Case Manager at St. Anne Mercy Health Hospital and a Clinical Instructor at the University of Toledo College of Nursing.
She will be remembered for her positive, gracious, and compassionate nature. Megan could light up a room with her genuine smile. Her joy for life, sense of humor, and love for family and friends were contagious. She was a loving wife and mother; a devoted daughter, sister, and aunt; and a dedicated friend and nurse.
Surviving to cherish her beautiful memory are her husband, Jason; daughter, Sydney; parents, Pete and Helen Anderson; siblings: David (Heidi) Healy, John (Melissa) Healy, Tiffany (Pat) Jauch, Chad Anderson, Jody (Mike) Beck, Troy (Cari) Anderson, and Amy (Kevin) Delk; parents-in-law, Dennis and Chris Sekulski; and, brother-in-law, Pat Sekulski.
Visitation will be held at Reeb Funeral Home on Friday, October 7 from 4-7:30 pm followed by a time of sharing memories from 7:30-8 pm. A funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 10 am on Saturday, October 8, 2022.
