Reportedly, Mike Shouhed, star of “Shahs of Sunset,” was arrested for domestic violence on Sunday, March 27, 2022. The 43-year-old star was detained in Los Angeles, California. Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department’s (LAPD) West Valley division made the arrest, and Mike was charged with a felony. According to the reports, Shouhed was released hours later on $50,000 bail. The whole matter has spread on social media and has brought the real estate broker to the headlines. Needless to say, Mike is trending everywhere as netizens are curious about the entire thing.

West Valley officers responded to a call of an “unknown” disturbance at 10 PM local time, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Shouhed, 43, was charged with “intimate partner violence with injury,” which is another legal phrase for domestic abuse, according to an LAPD public relations officer. When the victim has “visible injuries,” the phrase is used. However, the description of the alleged victim of Shouhed has not been provided yet.

As per reports, Mike was booked around 1:05 AM local time and was held until 6:35 AM. The officials released Shouhed on a $50,000 bond. He will have to produce before the court on July 25. Despite the details and charges of the incident appearing on social media, Alex Kessel, Shouhed’s attorney, denies all the allegations. On another side, the reality star has also not shared anything about his arrest.

Well, let us add before getting detained and getting involved in the case, Mike had shared several cryptic graphics on his Instagram story that has been deleted now. One of the posts read, “Your life is your responsibility. Your success is your responsibility. Your failure is your responsibility. Your reaction is your responsibility. Your behavior is your responsibility”. Shouhed had also posted a video on his IG in which he was seen dancing in his car to a Spanish song titled “Rebellion” having lyrics that translates to English to “Don’t hit the black woman.”

As of now, it is not clear if Shouhed’s fiancée, Paulina Ben-Cohen was involved in the domestic violence incident. Although Mike still seems to be following Paulina on Instagram. Following a cheating-sexting incident, the couple announced their engagement in August 2021. Mike was accused of sending racy texts to another woman while still being in a relationship with Ben-Cohen, and after rejecting the allegations for a long time, he finally admitted it in May 2021.
