Indianapolis Kyle Morman was found dead with three children

The remains of Kyle Moorman and his three children were found on the south side of an Indianapolis pond where Kyle frequented night fishing. Kyle Moorman, 27, and his three children, Kyle Moorman II, 5, and Kyle Holland, 1, were last seen on July 6, 2022.

Kyle Moorman’s body was found in a pond near Bluff Road and Troy Avenue at 7.42 pm on Tuesday, tragically ending a week-long search for the missing family.

Detectives are working to find out what exactly caused the disaster. Officers and a diving team were dispatched to the pond on Tuesday night in response to reports of a death in the water.

Moorman told his family that when he was last seen at his brother’s house on July 6, he planned to take his children to the pond to fish. Moorman’s sister, Mariah Moorman, reported that her brother’s phone was last seen near the pond at around 12:40 am on July 7, hours after he was last heard from him.

Family and friends searched the pond and surrounding area around Bluff Road and West Troy Avenue for days before the remains were found.

Kyle Morman’s wife: where is she?

Kyle Moorman is a married man but has no information about his wife. Kyle’s wife may be having a tough time due to the loss of a loved one.

Kyle’s wife did not appear in the media, but Kyle’s mother and other family members did. William Muse, a relative of Kyle Moorman’s mother, criticized investigators on Tuesday, saying he and other family members were frustrated with not checking the pond immediately after the father and his children disappeared.

Relatives and friends of the Moormans are offering a $10,000 reward for information on their whereabouts. They searched for days in and around the pond. Volunteers also use private boats and private helicopters to search the area.

Some were already crying as they gathered on Bluff Road to see the diving team enter the sea. Eventually, a large trailer arrived and retrieved a car from the water.

Members of the Department of Natural Resources and the Indianapolis Fire Department dive team used sonar technology to locate the black Saab.
