A student from Polytechnic Ibadan died after having * with her partner and was revealed that both the partners were high on Drugs. The incident occurred when they both consumed drugs and shared intimacy, as reported by the police. The identity of the female who died was not revealed. But the guy is in serious condition. Two students from Polytechnic Ibadan died and they were Oromidayo Daniel and Aramiede Adeleke namely. Out of which oromidayo was declared dead and was found in the dorm, alongside Aramiede. Oromidayo was a National Diploma student from the Civil Engineering department, and Aramiede was also from the same unit i.e, a National diploma Student but from a different department. Aramiede was from the Business administration department. It is said that there was a strike ongoing in their university due to which their exams were delayed. According to a student who was friends with Oromidayo, the exams were to begin the day before the incident happened but due to the protest and strikes ongoing, it was delayed. The student also said that they were asked to get back to their houses after school, and did as asked but these two came along with drugs, consumed them, and got involved in intimacy.

Students also gave out that they reached after hours of knocking and them not responding. They force opened the door to witness them lying their lifeless bodies around. They said that they tried to contact the parents of the girl, but they did not find any information about her or her phone. They also said they were not familiar with the girl. Adewole Soladoye the public relations officer of the university said that the incident occurred outside the campus and that it was a tragedy to the school and its staff, management, and students as well.

He also said that he apologizes and sympathizes with the family of the deceased student and also said that they will pray for the soul of the student. There is no official statement from the police, and no investigation news was out. But it is rumored that investigations are held to find the drug supply and where it came from? The male student was hospitalized at the university college hospital, and it is said that the boy is in a coma.
