
The contestants’ builders have made great progress while they are away on the challenge, with only three days until the guest bedroom reveal.
Sharon wakes up with a much better attitude after winning $5000.
House No. 1 is also on a roll. They’ve hired Melbourne agent David Wood, a multiple-time winner of The Block. At the Domain Nosy Neighbours Challenge, David was one of the real estate agents, and Tom and Sarah-Jane hit it off right away.
While Oz and Omar prepare a Lebanese BBQ for everyone at House No.5, Tom and Sarah-Jane sneak away and call David to secure him as their real estate agent. These guys are fierce competitors.
Other contestants, including Ankur and Sharon, wanted David as well, but the deal was already made.
Later in the episode, Wurundjeri elders present the Block with a cultural induction.
It’s very windy on The Block, so Foreman Keith and Foreman Dan go around to all of the houses to make sure the outsides are clean. Omar and Oz’s front yard is littered with trash.
Sharon is having difficulty leaving The Block to go shopping because one delivery follows another.
Scott Cam and Shelley Craft conduct their weekly walkarounds, and Tom and Sarah-Jane are overjoyed to have found David Wood as their real estate agent.
The walkarounds go well, despite the fact that Omar and Oz are running late.
No. 4 House Dylan and Jenny land local agent Kirrily Evans, who Oz and Omar were also interested in.
As the rain pours down on The Block, the situation is dreadful. Scott hosts a Friday night barbeque during which the contestants learn about the $20,000 Suncorp gamechanger.
