Yvan Buravan reportedly suffered from pancreatic cancer for a long time and was being treated there when he died. However, the drugs did not cure him completely, and he tragically died of a horrific disease. Yvan’s management posted a long post on social media. They said they were announcing the tragic departure of the singer they admired, who died in India while being treated for pancreatic cancer with unspeakable sadness.

It is further stated that Buravan is a sincere spirit who spreads joy to everyone around him and inspires them to appreciate their country and culture.

Management claims that Yvan Buravan’s passing will be deeply saddened by his family and everyone in the industry. They went on to say that they have the confidence to unite in this unimaginable grief. Renowned artist The Ben shared a touching post on social media.

Ben added a sad heart emoji, noting that his life would never be the same after losing his siblings. The singer’s family also received heartfelt condolences from other artists who prayed for his soul. Yvan Buravan was born on April 27, 1995, in Gikondo, Kicikiro district, and died at the age of 27. He is the sixth of six children born to Michael Burabyo and Elizabeth Uwikunda.

Ecole Le Petit Prince served as the singer’s elementary school and Amis des Enfants and La Colombiere served as his high school. At the University of Rwanda, Yvan holds a bachelor’s degree in business information and technology. He started his music career in 2009. In 2015, he had his big break as an R&B and Afrobeat singer and songwriter. His popular songs include Malaika, Just a Dance, and Urwo Ngukunda. The first album “The Love Lab” was released in 2018.
