The latest episode of Sirf Tum begins with Suhani as she comes home. Here, Ranveer helps Ansh sit on the bed and gives him a pillow while Suhani covers a blanket on him. Ansh catches Suhani and Ranveer looking at each other and smiling. He coughs and asks Ranveer to give him a glass of water. Asha comes to know about Ansh’s health condition. She comes to meet him. Asha hugs Ranveer and thanks to him for saving Ansh’s life. Meanwhile, Mamta passes by. Asha sees her and apologizes to her for hugging Ranveer.

Asha tells Mamta that she wanted to thank Ranveer for saving the life of Ansh as he is her everything. Ranveer asks Mamta to come inside but she leaves. Here, Suhani keeps her head on Ranveer’s shoulder. Ansh and Asha get shocked and think what even is she doing. It turns out to be Suhani’s imagination only. On another side, Mamta comes to the inhouse temple. She recalls Asha hugging Ranveer and Vikrant with Asha earlier. Ranveer also comes there. He tells Mamta that he can not see tears in her eyes.

Ranveer adds that he is bound to look after Suhani and her family and he can not help it. He says that he can not leave Suhani alone. Ranveer tells Mamta that he wants to make a request. Mamta asks him to speak. Ranveer asks Mamta to come with him and ask Suhani to leave. He says that he can not make himself do it. Later, Mamta goes to Suhani. The latter apologizes to her saying she knows that she is hurt and in pain. Suhani adds that she wanted to become her daughter-in-law but things took a turn and their dreams ended.

Mamta recalls Ranveer’s statement and his love for Suhani while she also recalls the confession of Suhani. She sees Suhani standing in front of her with folded hands. She leaves without saying anything to Suhani. Ranveer goes to Mamta and asks her why did she not ask her to leave to which Mamta tells him that she is his mother. She adds if he could not say it, how can he expect her to say it to her. In the next scene, Vikram comes and sees Ansh. He asks him who gave him permission to stay in the house.
