UBA of Nigeria is launching a recruitment campaign for the 2022 Graduate Trainee Programme to be part of its ongoing initiatives to sustain and improve customers’ experience and to enhance its operational efficiency and effectiveness cutting across the various branch network.

UBA Graduate Trainee Eligibility Criteria
To be part of the UBA Graduate Trainee Programme, the following criteria must be met:
Interested applicants should be of good behavior and composure
Should have a minimum of at least five (5) credits including English and Mathematics in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE) or its equivalent.
Ability to defend and protect the interest of the organisation
Good knowledge of computer applications will likely be an added advantage
All candidates should have a valid means of identification such as a valid driver license, National Identification Card, International passport, Voters card
Interested and qualified candidates must have a very good communication and interpersonal skills
Interested applicants must be proven to be physically and mentally fit
Applicants should have advanced competency in written and oral English with the ability to address people and communicate clearly and confidently in a heated professional work environment.
Interested candidates must not be more than 26 years at the time of application.
Minimum of a university degree not below Second Class Upper Division
Must have completed the mandatory one-year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme

UBA Graduate Trainee Salary
UBA pays Graduate Trainees N43,000 monthly for a period of four months. The monthly salary is to cover their transport and other expenses during the three month period. If employed after the training, the individuals receive a monthly salary of N120,000.
