Gustavo is listed as one of the defendants in a class action lawsuit brought by many shareholders who claim they lost more than $1.2 billion as a result of Arnal and the company’s largest shareholder, Ryan Cohen, participating in a “pump and dump scam” that it cost shareholders more than $1 billion.
