“Fresh Prince of Bel Air” is back with some fresh Instagram content.
Will Smith posted not one but two funny videos on the platform this weekend. When he slapped Chris Rock at the Oscars on March 27, the uploads were the first time he didn’t openly address it.
On Friday, the 53-year-old star posted a video Portrait of an adult gorilla with his back to the baby gorilla. The little animal poked the boss, who patted them, apparently trying to stop them.
Finally, the older gorilla left its log, driving the troubles away.
“I’m trying to get back on social media,” Smith wrote, joking that his popularity has been in decline since Oscar night, but that his current presence is controversial.
“We miss you,” commented former teenybopper Justin Bieber, which garnered more than 4,800 likes.Others encouraged him to “come back” and “re-engage,” while popular executive coach Provided by Jim Kwik: “We grow by experience.”
On Sunday, Smith and his eldest son Trey, 29, opened the camera, try to catch A “big a-” spider was crawling around his house.
“Posting this from Holiday Inn,” he captioned the post.
“What the hell is that?” Will jumped into his chair to be safe. “That’s a big-ass spider.”
“It was a tarantula,” Trey said.
“Okay, Trey, you gotta get it out,” the “Men in Black” hero said to his startled son. “You’re young and strong. You can handle the bite.”
Trey really saved the day and guided the spider into a small glass bowl by sliding a piece of paper underneath.
“It’s a spider in the house — we’re selling the house,” Smith declared.
“That’s his house,” commented The official account for Red Table Talk, the streaming show hosted by Will’s wife Jada Pinkett Smith.
These posts follow Smith’s latest upload of nearly six minutes in late July when he publicly apologized to Rock, which was also posted to YouTube.
“I’ve reached out to Chris and got the message that he’s not ready to speak,” the “King Richard” star admitted. “But when he’s there, he’ll lend a hand.
“So I’m going to say to you, Chris, I apologize to you,” Will continued, staring at the camera. “My behavior is unacceptable and as long as you are ready to speak, I am here.”
Before Smith attacked Locke on stage at the Oscars, he subtitled the video by coincidence his and his wife Jada All dressed up with the caption: “Me and @jadapinkettsmith dressed up and chose chaos.”
That night, Smith attended the Vanity Fair party seemingly unconcernedly, but the ensuing fallout was less glamorous.
Despite winning the Best Actor award, Smith resigned from the film school within weeks of being slapped and was banned from the Academy Awards for the next 10 years.
